What to include in your email

• Your registered email address.
• A short description of what you were trying to do.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• Any order ID or test attempt ID that's relevant.
• A screenshot if it's a visual issue.

Refund or billing questions

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy first — most billing questions are answered there. Include the transaction ID in your email.

Report abuse or security issues

If you suspect account compromise, credential stuffing, or a vulnerability in the Platform, please email us with the words "SECURITY" in the subject line so we can prioritise it. Please do not test vulnerabilities against live user accounts.
