These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TG EXAM HUB website, mobile web app, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About us
TG EXAM HUB is an independent educational and self-preparation platform aimed at aspirants preparing for competitive examinations in India, with an initial focus on Telangana State Police recruitment (SI, Constable) and adjacent competitive exams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any recruiting authority — including but not limited to TSPSC, TSLPRB, Telangana Police, UPSC, SSC, RRB, NIELIT, or any state or central government department — unless an official written relationship is explicitly established and disclosed.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are a minor, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, email, phone).
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your account with anyone.
- Each individual may hold only one active student account.
3. Nature of the service
The Platform provides practice tests, question banks, previous year question papers for educational reference, analytics, AI-assisted study helpers, and related self-preparation tools. Results you achieve on the Platform are informational only. They do not guarantee — and must not be interpreted as guaranteeing — selection, employment, rank, cut-off, or any specific score in any real examination.
4. Previous year papers & source content
- Previous year question papers and question extracts hosted on the Platform are provided for educational and revision purposes only.
- You must not upload, submit, or otherwise transmit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or that you do not have the legal right to share.
- Source question content submitted or extracted through the admin workflow may be preserved verbatim in an immutable form for educational reference, integrity, and review.

5. AI-assisted features
The Platform may offer AI-assisted explanations, mentor chat, or analysis features (for example, "Junia" and "Jovin"). AI outputs are generated by third-party language models and may contain factual errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations. You must independently verify anything you plan to rely on. Do not upload sensitive personal data, government IDs, or confidential material into these features.
6. Subscriptions, coins, referrals & rewards
- Paid subscriptions unlock premium features. Prices, feature bundles, and validity are shown on the Subscription page and may be updated from time to time.
- "Coins" are a non-monetary loyalty unit that can be redeemed against subscription purchases on the Platform. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be withdrawn, and may expire or be forfeited if the account is suspended for abuse.
- Referral rewards (coins for the referrer, a one-time introductory discount for the referred user) are subject to the anti-abuse rules described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Rewards for a referred user only apply after that user completes the qualifying engagement action defined by TG EXAM HUB from time to time.
- We may adjust, revoke, or claw back rewards obtained by fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, purchased referrals, or any other manipulation.
7. Payments
Where payment is required, the checkout is (or will be) processed by a third-party payment provider. TG EXAM HUB does not store full card details, UPI PINs, or bank credentials on its servers. Payment provider integration is currently being finalised; you should read the checkout screen carefully at the time of purchase.
8. Prohibited use
- Do not attempt to scrape, mirror, resell, or redistribute Platform content, question banks, or previous papers.
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, subscription checks, coin balances, referral limits, admin controls, or role-based access controls.
- Do not create fake accounts to farm referral rewards or subscription discounts.
- Do not upload malware, obscene material, personal attacks, hate speech, or content that violates Indian law.
- Do not use the Platform to harass, dox, or impersonate others.
- Do not run automated bots, credential-stuffing, brute force, or denial-of-service tooling against the Platform.
9. Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, revoke rewards, and refuse further service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse, or created a security risk. Where the abuse is severe or ongoing we may act without prior notice. In all other cases we will notify you at the registered email address and give you an opportunity to respond, subject to any legal obligations we may have.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, its branding, layout, code, curated question banks, analytics engine, and AI persona prompts are the property of TG EXAM HUB or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal self-preparation. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.
11. Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party services (for example, transactional email delivery, language-model providers, and payment gateways). Their availability, changes, or downtime may affect certain features. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of third-party providers.
12. Warranty & liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform or communicated by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located at the primary operating city of the TG EXAM HUB legal entity, once that entity is disclosed on this page.
A registered business entity, PAN/GST identifier and postal address will be added here once the operating entity is finalised. The wording above intentionally uses neutral placeholder language so no false representation is made in the meantime.
